Privacy
Last updated · 2026-04-15. This page is a plain-language summary; the controlling document is our Terms of Service and the Data Processing Addendum signed at contract.
What we collect
Two kinds of data. Customer data — what we ingest from your connected systems (Slack, Jira, Drive, Zoom, HRIS) under read-only OAuth scopes you authorize. Account data — the email, name, and team identifier of users who log in to Omnia.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your data to train models, ours or our LLM provider's.
- We do not share your data with third parties beyond the subprocessors listed in our Trust Center.
- We do not log into your connected systems on your behalf without an audit trail. Every read and write is recorded with actor, timestamp, and scope.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in the AWS region you select (US-East, US-West, or EU-Central). It does not leave that region except for the LLM inference call, which is sent to our provider in the same region under a zero-retention agreement.
How long we keep it
Customer data is retained for the life of your subscription. On termination, we provide a full export within 24 hours and delete all primary stores, backups, and LLM caches within 30 days, with a signed certificate of destruction.
Your rights
If you're an EU resident, GDPR rights apply (access, rectification, deletion, portability). For California residents, CCPA equivalents. Email privacy@omnia.dev for any privacy request and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This marketing site uses no third-party tracking cookies. We use one first-party session cookie on the product app for authentication.
Changes
We'll notify customers via email at least 30 days before material changes to this policy take effect.
